"Management diagnosis" consists of the following process:a team of Tanabe consultants come together to form a "clinic",applying their abundant management experience to examining and diagnosing your company's current management situationfrom every conceivable angle. The results of this diagnosis are then disclosed to you in a frankly worded written report. Prescription Of Management Diagnosis Total Diagnosis  - The Comprehensive Management Diagnosis Process - 1 The team comprises 7 to 10 members, headed by a Chief Consultant. 2 A Diagnosis and Planning Report is formulated and submitted. 3 Prior to beginning this process, the company submits various documents to the Tanabe team, including annual account-settlement records, organizational charts, and questionnaires. 4 Following a preliminary examination of the submitted documentse(Preliminary Diagnosis), we conduct the first round of interviews. The entire team comes and conducts individual interviews with each of the company's executives, including the top executives. 5 From then on, meetings are arranged as necessary as the team carries out its investigation. 6 A written report is compiled, and the requested number of copies submitted by the time of the agreed-upon date of the Report Meeting. 7 At the Report Meeting,an oral explanation is given, based on the written report. 8 The Report Meeting concludes the diagnosis.
